Getting started
Workspaces
A workspace is a separate space for one business: its own agents, leads, calls, events, connected apps, settings and team. If you run agents for several clients or brands, give each its own workspace so their people and data never mix.
Switching
The menu at the top left shows the workspace you're in. Open it to switch to another you belong to. Your role can differ in each: an admin in one, a member in another.
Making a workspace
- 1Open the workspace menu and press New workspace.
- 2Give it a name and timezone. You're its admin.
- 3Invite the client's staff from Settings › Team. They only ever see this workspace.
- 4Connect its own apps (CRM, calendar) and create or move its agents in.
Moving an agent between workspaces
On the agent's Settings tab, Move to another workspace takes it with its leads, calls, recordings, meetings and its own events to another workspace you're an admin of. People on the old workspace's do-not-call list stay blocked in the new one. Connected apps belong to a workspace, so connect them again there.
Joining a workspace
- From the link in an email invite. If you already have an account, sign in (or, if you're signed in, press Join). The link is needed, so nobody can join with just your email address.
- Or with the workspace's company code when signing up, as a member.
Workspaces or groups? Use a workspace when different people should see different agents and data. Use agent groups just to sort agents within one workspace.
