Calls and leads
Leads
The Leads page lists everyone your agents call or have spoken to, with their status and consent.
Adding leads
- One at a time: “Add a lead” with their name, phone, and optionally email, company and notes for the agent.
- From a file or pasted list: see Importing leads.
- From your website or CRM: the agent's lead webhook adds the lead and rings them straight away. See Webhooks.
- Callers: anyone who rings an agent becomes a lead.
Consent
How the person agreed to be contacted. This decides whether they can be called.
| Consent | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Asked to be contacted | They enquired or asked for a call, e.g. through a web form. Called straight away. |
| Existing customer | You already do business with them. |
| Cold (no consent) | A cold lead. Needs a Do Not Call Register check from the last 30 days before it can be called. |
For cold leads you've washed against the Register, press Mark register-checked.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Added, not queued for calling yet. |
| Queued | Waiting for the dialer, which rings within calling hours. |
| Calling | On a call now. |
| Booked | A meeting was booked. |
| Transferred | Handed to a person live. |
| Follow up | To be called back at an agreed time. |
| Not interested | Said no. |
| Do not call | Asked not to be called again. |
| Unreachable | Ran out of call attempts. |
| Blocked | Can't be called, e.g. a cold lead without a Register check. |
Filter the list by status with the buttons above it.
Calling
- Call now rings a lead straight away (within calling hours).
- Queued leads are dialled automatically. A lead that doesn't answer is retried at least two hours later, up to the agent's call attempts.
- Paused agents don't dial.
Reset leads
Admins can Reset leads while testing: every lead goes back to New, with no retries or follow-ups. Leads and notes are kept, and do-not-call only clears for your test numbers.
