Signing in securely

Keep your account safe on your profile.

Two-step sign-in

   On your profile, press Set up two-step sign-in.

   Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…).

   Enter the 6-digit code it shows.

   Save your 10 recovery codes somewhere safe. Each signs you in once if you lose your phone.

From then on you're asked for a code after your password. You can make new recovery codes or turn it off with your password.

Forgot your password

Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We email a link that works once, for an hour. Choosing a new password signs you out everywhere else.

Other devices

Sign out other devices on your profile ends every session except the one you're using, for a lost laptop or a shared computer.

Locked out?

After several wrong passwords or codes, sign-in pauses for about 15 minutes. If you've lost your phone and your recovery codes, ask a workspace admin to contact support.
