Connections / Connected apps

Connect the tools your team already uses on an agent's Connect tab. Apps are connected once for the company and used by every agent, unless switched off for one with the switch on its tile.

CalendarsGoogle Calendar, OutlookSkips busy times when offering slots, and adds booked meetings, optionally with a Meet or Teams link.
BookingCal.com, Calendly, Cliniko, DentallyBooks through the app instead of the agent's own diary. Calendly texts a booking link.

Connecting an app

  • Sign-in apps (Google, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Xero, Shopify): press Connect and sign in. You never share a password with us.
  • Key apps: paste the API key or webhook address from the app. It's checked with the app before saving and stored encrypted.

Which calls

Apps that receive calls have a “Which calls” setting: calls where someone spoke, only bookings and transfers, every call answered or not, or only when a goal says so.

A failing app never stops a call or the other apps. Its last error shows on its tile; reconnect it from there. Tools that change something don't run on test calls.
