Terms of service

1. The service

LimeKiwi provides AI voice agents that make and answer phone calls, send texts, book meetings and report results for your business, through the dashboard, API and integrations.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your compliance with the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, the Telecommunications (Telemarketing and Research Calls) Industry Standard 2017, the Privacy Act 1988 and state call-recording laws, for the calls and texts made for you. The service's guardrails help but are not legal advice.
• You must have a lawful basis to contact each lead you add, and wash cold lists against the Do Not Call Register.
• You must not use the service to mislead, harass, or contact anyone who has opted out, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your agents' playbooks and knowledge, and for what you configure them to say.
• Keep your account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under them.

3. AI output

Agents use AI models and can make mistakes. Review summaries and bookings before relying on them for important decisions. Agents disclose that they are AI when asked and never claim to be human.

4. Fees

Fees are as agreed in your order or plan, including per-minute and per-text usage. [Payment terms, invoicing, late payment.]

5. Data

You own your data. We process personal information on your behalf as described in the Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. [Service levels, if any.]

7. Liability

8. Ending
