Meetings and booking
Agents book meetings into their own diary, or into a connected calendar or booking app. The Events tab holds an agent's calendar, meeting types and booking rules.
Meeting types
An agent can book several kinds of meeting, such as a 15-minute phone consult and a 60-minute in-person visit. Each type has:
- Name and length in minutes.
- Place: phone call, in person, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another video call, plus the address or link.
- When to book it: a note for the agent, such as “only for customers spending over $10k”.
With two or more types, the agent always picks one when checking times and booking. With Google Calendar or Outlook connected, Meet and Teams links can be made automatically.
Booking rules
