API keys

API keys let your own code, Zapier, or AI tools like Claude Code use the app. Everything you can do in the app can be done with a key.

    Go to Developer (once you've signed in) and press Create API key. Give it a name that says where it's used.

    Copy the key. For your security it's shown only once.
  3. 3
    Send it with every request as Authorization: Bearer <key>.
  • A key acts as an admin of your company, so keep it secret like a password.
  • The Developer page shows who created each key and when it was last used.
  • Revoke a key from its menu; anything using it stops working straight away.
  • Only a fingerprint of each key is stored, so a lost key can't be shown again; make a new one.
