Agent groups

Groups sort the agents on the Agents page into sections, such as by brand, team or campaign. Everyone in the workspace still sees every agent.

   On Agents, press New group and name it (admins). It appears as an empty container.

   Drag agents into it by their card, or press New agent inside it to make one that starts in the group.

   Drag an agent to Not in a group to take it out. Use the arrows on a group to change the order, or rename or delete it; deleting keeps its agents.
