Qualifies on

Qualifies on lists what the agent finds out before moving to a goal, such as need, budget, timing and whether they make the decision.

• Required questions are always asked; others only if the conversation allows.
• Not a fit if: an answer that rules someone out. The agent then ends politely and the call is marked “Not a fit”.
• The agent asks naturally, one question at a time, and doesn't repeat what the caller already said.
• Each call summary records the answer to every question.
