Getting a number

Buy an Australian number for an agent without leaving the app.

    Open the agent's Settings tab and press Get a number.

    Choose a mobile (calls and texts) or a landline (calls only), optionally with some digits it should contain, and search.
  3. 3
    Pick one and buy it. It's set up for calls and STOP replies, and given to the agent straight away.
Australian numbers need an approved regulatory bundle and address in Twilio first (Twilio Console › Regulatory Compliance). Numbers are bought in the workspace's own Twilio account if it has one.
