Company and compliance
Team and settings
Settings holds your company's details and team. Your profile holds your own.
Company settings (admins)
- Company name
- Shown in the app.
- Timezone
- Calling hours, meeting times and the calendar all use it.
- Recording retention
- How many days call recordings are kept before they're deleted (default 90).
Inviting your team
- Admins invite colleagues by email, as an admin or a member. Copy an invite's link, resend it or cancel it from the list. People who already have an account sign in to join.
- Invites last 14 days; resend one to give a fresh link.
- Or share your company code: people type it in when they sign up and join as members. Press New code to stop the old one working.
- Change someone's role, or remove them, from the team list. They lose access straight away. A workspace always keeps at least one admin.

Security and activity
Admins can require two-step sign-in for everyone, and see recent activity: sign-ins (and failed ones), changes to agents, team and settings, API keys, connected apps, imports, downloads and recordings played, with the IP address. See all opens the full log.
Providers
The Providers list in Settings shows which services this server has keys for: green is set up. If one is missing, the parts that need it (calls, texts, emails) won't work.
