Plans and free trial

Each workspace has its own plan, and every new workspace starts on the free plan: 14 days and 60 minutes of real calls. Test calls in the browser are unlimited.

• A banner shows the minutes and days left. When the trial ends, agents stop making and taking real calls until a plan is chosen.
• Every plan has a number of agents: up to 5 on the trial, 1 on Starter, 5 on Growth, and the number agreed with you on Custom.
• Choose a plan on the Plan page; we're told and set it up with you.
