Usage and billing

Usage shows what a workspace used each month, what it cost to run, and what it's charged.

• Calls, answered calls, minutes out and in, and texts sent, overall and per agent.
• Estimated cost from typical Twilio, Deepgram, Fish Audio and Gemini prices; check them against your bills.
• Charge and margin once a price per minute is set, with a CSV download for invoicing.
• Minutes run from pick-up to hang-up, rounded up per call like carriers bill.

Invoicing through Stripe

With your Stripe secret key on the server, set a billing email in Settings › Pricing. Then press Send invoice on a past month of the Usage page, or tick monthly invoicing to bill each client on the 1st for last month. Stripe emails the invoice with a link to pay by card or bank transfer, due in 14 days.
