Data columns
The Data tab is a table with a row per lead and a column for each answer the agent records on calls, like a spreadsheet the agent fills in.
Columns
Press + Add column next to the Columns heading. Each column has a name, a type (text, number, yes/no, date, choice, email or phone), a description for the agent, and whether it's a must find out or only if it comes up. New agents start with standard columns for their kind.
Renaming a column keeps its old answers. With a CRM connected, each column can be sent to a CRM field, and From <CRM> makes columns from your CRM's fields.
Standard columns
Name, phone, email, company, status and date added are standard columns. Under Standard columns you can show or hide each one, rename it and move it. “Your columns” marks where your own columns sit among them.
The table
- Search by name, email, phone (in any format) or any answer.
- Click a heading to sort by it.
- Show 25, 50, 100 or 150 rows a page. Search, sort and page are kept in the address bar, so you can share the link.
- Download as CSV, in the same column order as the table.
- Import leads straight into the agent from here.
How answers are filled in
The agent asks for the columns naturally during the call. Once the call ends, the answers are read from the transcript, saved on the call, and the lead keeps its latest answer for each column.
