Privacy requests

Handling people's requests about their information (Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13, and deletion requests).

Access

On the Leads page, Export on their row downloads everything held about them: details, calls, transcripts, answers, texts and meetings.

Deletion

The bin button on their row erases their details, calls, transcripts, recordings and meetings for good. Keep the box ticked to leave their number on the do-not-call list so they're never called again.

Opting out

Saying so on a call, or replying STOP to a text, puts them on the do-not-call list straight away.

Whole workspace

Settings › Your data downloads everything as one file.

Exports and erasures are recorded in the activity log.
