Key ideas

The words used across the app and these docs.

Agent
One AI team member with its own name, voice, phone number, playbook and settings.
Kind
The agent's job, such as Salesperson or Receptionist. It shapes how the agent works a call and can't be changed later.
Playbook
What the agent sells or handles, how it answers pushback, and its rules. The tab is named for the job.
Goal
What a call should end in, such as a booked meeting. Goals are tried in order, and each is tied to a call outcome.
Qualifies on
What the agent finds out before moving to a goal, such as budget and timing.
Knowledge
Facts the agent can use on calls: pages, files and notes, turned into a fact sheet.
Data columns
Answers the agent records on calls, kept per lead in a table you can export.
Lead
A person for the agent to call or who called in, with their consent status and call history.
Consent
How a lead agreed to be contacted: asked to be contacted, existing customer, or cold (no consent).
Outcome
How a call ended: booked, transferred, qualified, follow up, not a fit, not interested, do not call, voicemail, no answer or failed.
Meeting type
A kind of appointment the agent can book, with its own length and place.
Event
Something on the calendar that blocks booking times, for every agent or one.
Connected app
A CRM, calendar, chat or booking tool the agents can use, connected once for the company.
Custom connection
Any other app's MCP server, added to an agent so it can use that app's tools on calls.
Test call
A call in your browser that runs the agent exactly as on the phone, without dialling anyone.

Roles

Admin
Everything: create and change agents, connect apps, company settings, team and API keys.
Member
Works with leads, calls and events, and can test agents, but can't change agent or company settings.
